2. A website is not required, but you must provide your name, a valid email address and your country.
3. If you have a website and you want be listed with it, you must put a code with a link back to this site before or just after you submit the form. If we don't find a code o a text link back, you will be listed without your site.
4. Porn or other sites that have a violent theme won't be accepted.
